I'm Waitin

It's come to my attention that some of you out there are concerned about my undying love and devotion to the movie experience of our time that is Quentin Tarantino's KILL BILL.

HAHAHA. Me? Not climbing the walls? I can't think of a single DAMN THING that could be farther from the truth! I was mearly waiting for the one week countdown to start going nuts about it, but what the hell. 10 DAYS IS GOOD TOO!!!

Ladies and Gentlemen, we've been forced to wait. We've been forced to deal with some of the bluest balls (yes, even you ladies) in movie history as the end of Kill Bill Vol. 1 came to a screeching end with the horrible cliff-hangery words "Does she know her daughter is still alive?" OUCH! OOOOUUUUCH! Why must you deal out this horrible pain Mr. Tarantino? WHHHYYY? Then we sighed with relief when we knew that out pain would end on Feb. 12th.

Then, almost as if to make us feel the same pain THE BRIDE was feeling, Quentin PUUUSHED the opening date back to APRIL 16th. AAAAPPPRRRIIILL 16th! I dropped to my knees and screamed at the night sky for 2 nights straight. "That's, like, 9 months away!" I said, "That'll never get here! NEVER!" I looked into chriogenic freezing. I looked into hybernation. I even looked into death until April 16th (the morgue laughed me out of the building).

But now dear friends, April is among us (as I know because Shellie April fooled me into thinking she was lesbian), and the event to bring all closure is a mere 10 DAYS AWAY.

I speak of course of KILL BILL VOLUME 2, Zombie O-Ren's Revenge (subtitle pending)!!! And to celebrate but 10 short days till it's release is some fanart of the man the Bride is off to Kill... Bill looking like the movie-legend-in-the-making that he is. Can't wait to see what David Carradine does with the role!!! I trust you all to get your tickets 2 days (I'm shooting for 3 or 4) early and DART OUT and buy Kill Bill Vol. 1 on DVD on April 13th (especially those of you poor unfortunate people who haven't feasted your eyes upon the greatest sword battle ever put to film).

So, that's all the gushing I could muster for this hour, but it's coming. OOOH MAN is it coming. Prepare thyselves for anal rocking! And if you're already prepared due to other, um, pursuits, then just keep being prepared.
