Ok, I'm submitting 2 comics today! Within the last week, I was forced to draw 2 cartoons about the California recall on Governor GRAY DAVIS, one TOTALLY contradicting the other!
This is one for the recall.
Basically it's saying that Davis is a wasteful fool who took us from a 12 billion dollar debt to about 40 billion dollar debt in the short time between re-election and now (roughly 1 year). Californa hasn't had any natural or terrorist disasters (besides the dorky firebombing E.L.F.), HOW THE HELL DID WE GET 40 BILL IN DEBT??
For this reason, Cali's recalling him and he should be recalled for his incompetence. So if you too are for the recall, you'll like this one. If not, look at the last one...
