Hey everyone!
So it doesn't seem like the U.S. is doing all that much good over there in Iraq now that the time for "rebuilding" has arrived. So why not let the United Nations have a crack at figuring out how to fix things? Nope. Bush won't allow that. He wants to see this thing through to the end... but is that for the good of Iraq, or for the good of his re-election? Ooooooh!
Anyway, here's a little political opinion for ya. What the hell. Hope you like the drawing!

YEE! Nice job, John. Well done. You've shown me that there's a little George Bush in all of us.

Almost too sad to laugh at. People are dying while the mental midget is trying to put that together.

The thing didn't even come with instructions when Bush bought it...either that, or he lost 'em.

Gotta love it, but maybe the guy representing the UN should look more like Kofi Annan...

ive always loved your cartoons, both deaddays and political, and this one is no exception.
however, i wouuld like to point out that theoretically (as in, might get postponed), control of iraq will be handed over to its people/elected officials in june or so. if the elections survive the continued violence and political tension, then iraq would be mostly self governed before the UN could completely set up there.

Ah. Good art, humur, and a POINT. Tis quite refreshing.. Not to say that other political cartoons aren't well-done, but this one was quite a treat. Great job.

By the way, I completely agree with you on this...
