Here's the situation: Our campus started a SMOKING BAN. While ciggarettes aren't prohibited, smokers are limited to smoking in certain designated smoking areas. Now, naturally, this rule is gonna be broken, and the Administration promised to punish those caught breaking the rules with "Administrative Discipline."

They're enforcing that rule here as we speak. I'm afraid to think of what happens to the poor, few inconsiderate smokers here on campus when they get caught. XD
